Designing the Recruitment process, design & execute various strategies, policies & practices pertaining to performance management, Rewards, Compensation & Manpower Budget.
I. Designing the Recruitment process and to undertake whole Recruitment Life Cycle (Job Posting, Headhunting, Screening Resumes, interview scheduling etc.) Recruitment, Selection, Induction, Placement.
II. Responsible for maintenance of Attendance / Leave records of all employees for smooth functioning of the Leave Management System.
III. MIS Regarding payroll and manpower for employee master data management.
IV. To have Compensation & Benefits benchmark & trends which are accurate, detailed & relevant to company needs and ensuring its usage
