Friction

0 STUDENTS ENROLLED
    • Friction is a kind of force that opposes relative motion.
    • It comes into existence at the common boundary of two bodies in contact with one another, when one of them either moves or tends to move relative to the other.
    • Frictional force can adjust itself as much as required to exactly neutralise the effect of the increasing force, up to a limit. This maximum opposing frictional force is called the limiting force.
